Frequently Asked Questions

Here are a few common questions and answers about our website.
We try to answer all of your questions promptly and accurately.
How do I purchase items?
Just click on the "add to basket" to add any item to your shopping cart. Click on the "purchase" button if you want to add an item to your shopping cart AND checkout. At any time you can click on the checkout button at the top-right of any page.

What if my basket remains empty?
You probably have your "cookies" turned off. You will need to have them turned on so that we can store your unique customer ID onto your computer.

Is your website secure?
Absolutely! Our secure checkout uses 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure your information is safely transmitted to and from our website to your computer. All information is then triple 256-bit encrypted on our server and is monitored by our security team 24/7.
Do you accept Personal Checks?
We accept money orders but we DO NOT accept personal checks. Put the hats that you want in the shopping cart. When you are finished, click the link at the bottom of the cart that says "Pay by Fax or Money Order". Fill out the info and print the page and include in the envelope with the money order. Money Orders MUST be in US Dollars.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to a few countries listed here, but only to individuals. You will receive an email if your country or the products you have chosen, are not allowed.

My country is not listed on your shipping options.
We cannot ship to your country by credit card, but we have two ways that we would be able to proceed with an order... Please pick the closest country near you in your shopping cart, then choose to pay by FAX/Money Order and choose Western Union as your payment, we will verify your order by email with directions and EXACT amount once we have pulled your order.

What are the shipping charges?
Just "add" the items you want to your shopping cart, then adjust the shipping to your country and click on the update button to view the shipping charges. There is a USD symbol that brings you to a currency converter from that page. When ready, click on the checkout button and fill out your information on our secure checkout pages.
Also: Customs taxes are NOT including on our shipping and handling charges - prepare yourself for about a 15% tariff when you receive your package.

Do you have a catalog?
Sorry, we do not have any printed catalogs, just the website and (of course) our store.

My size is not listed as an option on the hat I want to buy
We only have the hats and sizes remaining online... Usually when we sell out of the sizes, they will be out for good. Also, you might be able to use our size search at the top-right of our pages if you have a hard to find size.

I ordered a hat and it is the wrong size and I would like a different size.
If you would like an exchange for a different size/style, please request a Refund for all returning item(s). Then, place a NEW order online at your earliest convenience for any replacement item(s). This is the fastest and easiest way to handle exchanges and to make sure we have your size/style in stock. Complete informatiion can be found on our Returns Page.

Do you sell wholesale or offer discounts for large orders?
Unfortunately, we are not permitted to sell wholesale due to our internet agreements, but we give a discount of $2.00 per hat on orders of 10 or more hats (excluding sale prices). Just use coupon code 'TEAM' on the shopping cart page to get your Team Discount.

Will you email me the tracking information for my order?
Yes, You will first receive an email order confirmation when you place your order. Once your order has shipped you will get a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking# and link when available. You can also access tracking info. online if you created an account.

How long before you ship my order?
We ship most of our orders the same or next business day through USPS.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, we only sell original merchandise purchased directly from the company or brand (no third parties). Here are some links from some of them to prove it.
