Positive experience overall. There was a slight concern after I had initially placed my order due to receiving an email from a System Administrator and it detailing that my Hatland order, with the matching order number, had failed. I assumed it was a glitch so I waited since I had a tracking number. Sure enough the tracking was accurate and was billed accordingly. I have received my items and am very satisfied with them.
